  • Preview content: With a single click sellers can preview files, see their colleagues’ opinion of content via ratings, and review critical data such as last update.
  • Improved share and open alerts: Sellers can see at a glance what content is approved to share and quickly share via email or link with prospects and customers. Sellers also get instant notifications when shared content is opened to expedite their follow up, and all sharing activity is automatically logged in the CRM.
  • Improved content feedback: Ratings and feedback can be provided directly from the document preview, allowing content creators to make intelligent improvements to content quality.
