MobilePaks Management Interface Has Been Upgraded

We are very happy and excited to announce that we have just released a major update for the Manage Tab.

We have been working hard to Make MobilePaks more powerful and easier to use. Here is what we did:

  • Updated the interface to allow you to do more.
  • Created Circles to easily manage users and content as well as access.
  • Added custom notifications to users, including the option to turn off an email notification.

All of the Help Paks have been updated, but if you would like a tour of the changes please contact us at support@mobilepaks.wpstagecoach.com, we would be happy to answer any questions and walk you and your team through the changes.

With this updated interface, you can now extend the power of MobilePaks real-time knowledge to additional groups in your company.

You Asked. We Listened.

We made a minor enhancement to MobilePaks this week that make a big difference.

This week we went back in and increased the default font size to something that is much more readable on all devices. As we have said before, there more big things are coming, but we thought we would share this small enhancement to wet the appetite because it came directly from customer feedback.

Go ahead and login and view a Pak, we think this small change makes a big difference and you will love the improvement. Below is an screenshot of the increased text size:
